Utilizing Color in Drive
Google Drive can be a lifesaver for a disorganized student. Proper folder hierarchy can restore order to a student's digital life and lead to successful file management.
One way to increase the effectiveness of organization on Google Drive is by color coding folders. Folder color can easily be changed by clicking on the option arrow to the right of each folder and navigating down to "Change Color".
Color coding can be used to make specific folders stand out, or to fit in with a color coded scheme. One student I know makes all academic folders red and all personal folders blue.

Emailing with BCC and CC
BCC and CC...
What do they mean? When should you use them?
First, CC stands for "Carbon Copy" and BCC stands for "Blind Carbon Copy". Both names refer back to the days of physical paper... remember those days?!
For a quick understanding of when to use CC or BCC in an email, check out the video below.
